The 12,000 sq ft millwork shop behind every New Horizon Development kitchen, bath vanity, and paneled library.
New Horizon Development has run its own millwork shop for more than twenty years. In a market where most luxury builders sub out cabinetry to third-party shops, we've kept it in-house — because the finish quality of a luxury kitchen, bath vanity, or paneled library is set in the shop, not on the job site.
What the shop builds
- Every kitchen and scullery we install
- Every bath vanity, medicine cabinet, and linen tower
- Every paneled library, dressing room, and mudroom
- Custom doors, jambs, and casing on request
- One-off pieces (bar cabinets, wine displays, art walls) coordinated with the interior designer
Why it matters
In-house means we can dry-fit an entire kitchen in the shop before it ships to the site. It means the finish is applied in a controlled environment. It means the reveal at the top of the toe kick is exactly 3/16", every time, because our shop foreman built the jig himself.
