40 Years of New Horizon Development: A Note From the Team
Four decades, one hundred delivered estates, and more than $2B in developed assets across LA. A look back and a look forward.
Forty years ago, New Horizon Development delivered its first Beverly Hills residence. This year, we mark that anniversary with our team, our trade partners, and — most of all — the more than one hundred families across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Trousdale, Malibu, and the Palisades who have trusted us to build or renovate their homes.
Some numbers from four decades: 100+ delivered luxury residences. $2B+ in developed asset value. 400+ custom kitchens. 900+ custom bathrooms. Countless miles of PEX, thousands of pounds of unlacquered brass, and a very large number of book-matched stone slabs.
What has not changed in forty years is the way we approach the work. Self-perform where we can. Show up on time. Hit the schedule. Keep the site clean. Answer the client's call. And build a home the next generation of the family will want to inherit.
