Program: horses, hangars, and vineyards
Many of our Ventura County projects include an equestrian program, a private hangar, or a working vineyard. Each of those programs has its own permit path and its own construction logistics.
Fire hardening
Every Ventura County luxury project we build in the last five years has been designed with WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) fire hardening as a first-class requirement — Class A roofs, ember-resistant vents, non-combustible siding, and defensible-space landscape planning.
Utilities and water
Many Ventura County estates are on well and septic, not municipal utilities. Sizing the well, permitting the septic, and — where required — building a fire-suppression water tank are all critical early-phase decisions.
